Client revoke the GPA and Sale Agreement from S.Shantha Kumar on the Plot Nos. 80, 81, 82 and 83, Khatha No.286, situated at Kasavanahalli, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore

This is to inform the public that my clients, namely Mr.Damodar P.Menon and Mrs.Vrinda Menon are the Joint owners of Plot Nos.80 to 83, Khatha No.286 of Kasavanahalli, Varthur Hobli, Morefully described in the schedule below. My clients represented by their attorney agreed to sell the schedule property to one Mr.H.S.Shantha Kumar, S/o. Sri.H.B.Sidde Gowda, No.3/9, Berlie Street, Langford Town, Bangalore 560 025, under a Sale Ag dt. 6.8.2005. My Clients also executed a General Power of Attorney in favour of said Mr.H.S.Shantha Kumar. Persuant to it, Mr.H.S.Shantha Kumar has failed to pay the sale consideration amount in full and get the sale deed registered in spite of several reminders and notices. Therefore my clients by this public notice are canceling the sale agreement dated 6.08.2005 and also the GPA Executed in favour of Mr.H.S.Shantha Kumar.
